Here in Seattle, two of my favorite cocktail bars (Liberty and Life On Mars) have massive NA drink lists, with truly creative, flavorful, nuanced, delicious drinks! The days of "virgin margarita" are done. Now we have The Pathfinder, Wilderton, and Seedlip.
