I'm adding new publishers almost daily, but the beta is super small because the internal tools for boosting literally haven't been built yet. We're testing different processes before we build the tools, which will take several months.

So this isn't a case of "we have the tools, but aren't giving everyone access," but rather "we're beta testing concepts to figure out how best to build tools that scale."
