Oh I'm sorry, I didn't address your two questions:

1. While I look at the nominations submitted, I'm aware that folks who aren't in the program don't know exactly what we're looking for, so I don't judge the the nomination too harshly. I'm way more interested in the quality of stories in the publication.

2. I consider both longform and shortform pubs. What I'm looking at is much less about story format, and more about story quality and topic.
