Ok, I just had a conversation with one of our recommendation engineers and here were their suggestions on how to reduce the amount of "meta" stories (stories on Medium about Medium) in your home feed:

1. Delete any "meta" stories from your reading history: https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us/articles/224488047-Refine-recommendations

2. When you see a meta story in your home feed, mute the author (https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us/articles/224544048) and hit the "show less like this" button (https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us/articles/224488047-Refine-recommendations#show-less-like-this-0-4)

3. In the future, avoid clicking on a meta story (hate-reading messes with your home feed!)
