So, for some context here: yes, I work for Medium... but I'm also a writer and publisher myself. Whenever I talk to fulltime creators who are building their biz focused on one revenue stream, I get nervous for them, and strongly advise them to diversify.

I believe in this platform, but I believe even more strongly that every creator should have multiple revenue streams on multiple platforms. Relying on any one platform is an incredibly stressful endeavor for someone trying to build a fulltime business as a creator.
