We tried automation and it did not work (membership numbers were falling steeply), so we shifted towards a more human touch last year! It seems like it's worked out pretty well so far (https://blog.medium.com/thank-you-for-one-million-members-d0b39d1be8b3) but there's lots still to learn.🌱
