And boy do I ever hear you on editing becoming work. I always try to warn aspiring creatives who want to turn their passion into a job that it's the ultimate blessing & curse. When your labor of love becomes "work," there's a steep emotional price. It takes a toll when something you did for joy starts to feel like a grind. (I want my joy portals to stay OPEN, y'know?)
